Reception hours for outpatient 08:00 am ~ 05:30 pm
Lunch hours 13:00 pm ~ 14:00 pm
Consultation hours 08:30 am ~ 05:30 pm


Consultation time can be delayed due to inpatient ward rounds.

Winter season (Dec., Jan. and Feb.)

Office hours are shortened to 17:00 pm.

Holiday (including Saturday and Sunday) and night

Only emergency care is available in the emergency room.

Emergency care

Please use the emergency reception and payment windows installed in the entrance to the emergency room.

Registration receipt and payment windows

They are installed in front of the administration department (dedicated windows) on the first floor of the main building.

Application for medical consultation

Please submit your identification card and medical insurance card. However, documents proving the veteran status (a certification of national merit) for veterans subjects and car insurance claim receipt (a certificate of guaranteed payment) for car insurance patients should be submitted.

Reception
After obtaining the waiting number, reception is made at the reception desks of the administration department according to the order of the number.
However, those who made an appointment can go directly to the outpatient clinics.
Medical consultation
If you wait in front of the medical department, you will get the medical care according to the accepted order.
However, patients who made an appointment should let the reception desk know your arrival.
Payment for medical expenses
After seeing the doctor, medical expenses will be calculated at the window for outpatient billing of the administration department and please pay the medical expenses at the windows for payment and get the receipt.
Examination, Radiography and Injection
Please go to the place indicated on the right side of the receipt for medical fee and submit the receipt to the reception desk, then after confirmation you will receive the relevant medical examination or injection.
Issuance of prescription and medication
If you submit the receipt for medical fee to the pharmacy counter, a prescription for medication will be issued.
Returning home
You can go home after completion of all the tests and medications (or receiving prescription) required.
